Who performs the work?

All World Construction LLC, owned by Austin Mitchell, serves San Diego County. AWC’s California contractor license number is 1063936. YardMend is an AWC-owned educational and service website. It is not a contractor marketplace, a separate license holder or a separate neighborhood office.

AWC directly serves San Diego County. The educational material can be read elsewhere, but nationwide service or an established outside-area partner network is not offered here.

Why this guide exists

Homeowners often need the same careful explanation before they can make a good decision: why the wall stays wet, what is damaged, what the proposed drainage detail actually changes, and why a finish-only repair may recur.

How we use field examples

AWC work photographs and records are described only to the stage they establish. A photo of exposed piping does not establish a final test. A proposed scope is not a completed project. Customer names, exact addresses and private job records are omitted.

How advice is checked

Guides combine AWC field experience with cited building, water-management or manufacturer references where relevant. They explain questions to resolve on site; they do not certify an unseen condition or replace permit review, product instructions or professional design.
